When accessing the Customer Centre, there are multiple platforms and versions that the software can be downloaded for however please be aware that the platforms supported are:
AutoCAD
Autodesk Civil 3d
BricsCAD
the labelling of the platforms is inconsistent with the application names and this can cause confusion in the chosen download file.
If you are using AutoCAD, ensure you download the entry that displays the platform as AutoCAD
If you are installing for Autodesk Civil 3D, please download the entry with the platform stated as AutoCAD Civil 3D
