Resolved in ANZ Country Kit 2026.1 for Civil 3D
Issue:
Users reported that when ANZ Country kit is installed, opening a drawing/DXF file crashes with a fatal error in Civil 3D 2026.
FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 41E0496Eh
There is a known issue in the ANZ Country Kit and is related to the Depth to Invert Plugin or ANZ Utilities Bundle.
If you have installed the ANZ Country Kit and experience fatal errors (especially when opening .dxf files) please delete the folder C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\ANZUtility.bundle (or rename the .bundle extension).
