BricsCAD - Transfer my Settings

To copy settings one version to another, BricsCAD provides a tool perform this task
  1. Start your configured BricsCAD
  2. type PROFILEMANAGER, press <enter>
  3. Select a profile you wish to transfer
  4. click EXPORT
  5. Choose a location for the exported file. This file will have an ARG extension.
  6. Click SAVE
  7. repeat 3-6 for any other profiles you wish to transfer
  8. Start your unconfigured BricsCAD
  9. type PROFILEMANAGER, press <enter>
  10. click IMPORT
  11. select the ARG exported in step 5 above
  12. click OPEN
  13. you will be prompted with the name of the profile being imported, you are able to change the name of the profile here
  14. Click OK
  15. The profile (ARG) will be imported and added to the list
  16. Repeat steps 10-15 for any other ARG files to be imported
  17. Choose the profile to be set current
  18. Click Set Current
  19. Click OK
  20. The selected Profile and related settings will now be active
